Why it ranks here. The brand r/Juicing owners reach for again and again, with multiple people reporting more than ten years of daily use on the same machine and a motor still described as a beast. It also makes nut butters, sorbets, pasta shapes and sauerkraut, and the ten-year warranty gets honoured: one owner got a full replacement nine and a half years in for the cost of shipping.
The narrow feed chute means real chopping, enough that one owner switched to a Breville over it. Customer service is inconsistent: one buyer called it the worst after a week of getting nowhere, and another was told to cut the power cord before a refund. A few recent buyers suspect manufacturing moved from South Korea to China with a small quality dip.

I have had my omega for over 10 years. Regardless of the brand that you buy on amazon and get the cheap protection plan if you are concerned about quality. They usually accept returns if it is more of not meeting your needs.

had mine over 10 years, well used. Omega brand masticating juicer, auger slight discoloration, chamber slight cloudiness. No signs of ware to be concerned with. Motor is a beast. screen looks very good to close to new

I've had a few omega juicers and they're overly complex and you have to do a lot of chopping tonfit the goods in to be juices. The Brevile is simple and easy and also cheaper.

I'm not sure if Omegas quality is what it used to be. I think they've moved production from South Korea to China.

I have an older J8006 that has proved very durable. I did replace the auger but everything else is just fine after many years of use.

Is it just me or is Omega Juicer customer service the WORST Please share your experience I have a 2 of their juicers. A citrus juicer and a stand up slow juicer. The rubber stopper split after less than a year. And it has taken 6 days to get absolutely nowhere with customer service to get it replaced.

I’m so bummed because I bought a juicer from Omega and didn’t like it and they are telling me to cut the cord and then they will refund me. This feels so wasteful!

I have had an omega 330 Vertical juicer for years and it is still as good as new. I paid close to $500 years ago and I believe it is still around the same price. Great company.
