Why it ranks here. The mid-size power station people actually own, some running it around the clock for years. Lithium iron phosphate cells, a full charge in an hour, and enough output for a fridge, a CPAP, Starlink and a kettle at once. After Hurricane Helene one owner ran his house for eight weeks with no grid power on one generator hour each morning, and it is light enough for an elderly owner to move around every night.
It can be a bit loud under load and runs warm inside. Outlets sit on the front and the back, so it cannot go against a wall, and the app is needed to confirm charging and shutdown. EcoFlow's larger Delta Pro has a bad reputation for reliability and support that Delta 2 owners say does not apply to theirs.

I have an Eco flow that I use almost nightly to run lights on my house. I love it. It runs a long time, was easy for me to figure out and not too heavy for this old lady to move around.

I bought the Delta 2 Max (2048WH) and they included a 160W portable panel - all for $1519. including tax and shipping. We used it in our truck camper for two weeks straight and it worked great as we went boondocking in the Tetons and Yellowstone. We kept our RV fridge running on it, plus the wife's hairdryer and a toaster. We charged it with a combination of 200W panel on the roof and a DC/DC charger from the truck. Love their products!

I have the father of this unit (2 of them), the Delta 1300. Can only do 400 watts solar and no app and not LifePo4. Good stuff is that it has almost 1300wh and an 1800 watt inverter and charges from 0 to 100% in 90 minutes. Two years of 24/7 usage and both still going strong in my van.

I have been running a Delta 2 for about 9 months with no issues. Its a really nice unit. :) Note: The MC4 cable comes with the EcoFlow panel.

I bought the EcoFlow Delta 2 several months ago. I have three other solar generators and the Delta 2 is by far my favorite.

I have the Delta 2 and use it to backup my kitchen. It will run every device I have there, although one at a time mostly. This video is spot on but I do want to point out some negatives. First of all, it can be a bit loud and at the same time run a bit hot at the inside. It is at 30 degrees celsius most of the time. Delta 2 Max seems to have solve this with better fans. As I do not sleep in my kitchen, it is fine ;-) Secondly, It roundtrip efficiency can be a bit low, problably because it can do 2C, bigger inverter means less efficiency on lower wattages. Thirdly, it is not a real UPS but I run laptops anyway and my internet modem is on a small APC UPS anyway so it is also surgeprotected. But yes, this is a perfect allround backup power unit that you can easily take with you and run every you want to run while away from the grid.

Yes, after weeks of research, I bought the Delta 2 as my backup power for my home office last year. The UPS function lags a little, but No regrets here. 😎 The Delta 2 can run my Starlink, Laptop, LED Lamp, and small fan all night if needed. it's lightweight, very portable, quick to recharge, simple to connect, etc.

It's a great system but I don't like it's design with plugs in the back and front which means I cannot put it up against the wall like I can with the Bluetti which has all the controls and plugs on the front side

i had no problem with my delta 2, i use it mostly for backup power on my AC and charging usb devices outdoors, was online for 4 months, never failed me, now that im back in the city for the winter, i use it as backup for my PC sagain it's always online

I have two, they are for power outages only, they kept the freezer going and I was completely happy with them.

Just came back from a 3 week/6800 mile cross country trip, using a ecoflow delta 2 (3-4 years old at this point), ecoflow fridge with built-in battery and their 800 watt alternator charger. Cooking with an induction stove top, a microwave and a coffemaker. Even with only 1kwh, it was enough for dinner, cpap at night, and breakfast. It would be iffy if I didn't drive anywhere (when at campground or someone's house we would plug in with an extension cord). It was easy to start with just a power strip in the beginning, then connect to built-in outlets when I had time. The cons - need more storage for multi-day dispersed, and sometimes needing to connect with my phone to make sure its charging or shut off - I'd rather it just work.

Stay away from Ecoflow. On to the 2nd replacement of a Delta Pro in just over a year. Also a 2nd replacement for their Alternator Charger. Lots of connection issues w bluetooth and wifi. Below spec limitations on solar input. Abrupt shutdowns. Smoke coming out of vents requiring immediate removal from dwelling, AC backup charge oddities, constant loud fan noise.
