Why it ranks here. The air bed most people own and the cheapest of the known brands, firm in four minutes from its built-in pump. One owner has had a double-tall queen for about ten years including a year of nightly use, a twin owner is seven years in with no problem, and if you know how to patch them they can last.
Owners split down the middle. One went through three that every one failed within 48 hours, another's leaked on the third use, and one had three fail in two months and the company refused to honour the warranty. Others deflate slowly overnight, and the edges have so little support it is easy to almost fall out.

One week in, hoping to last through summer, we’ll see where we end up. I would say my biggest gripe so far is that while the center is extremely firm the edges don’t have much support so it’s easy to (almost) fall out 💀 I’m glad to find out that the firmness is not something I imagined though. I’ll have to see if I can’t get a cheap topper

I got almost 9 months with the Intex air mattress. It was the simple one without the build in pump. It's pretty cheap too.

I had three Intex mattresses fail in about two months. They refused to honour the warranty.

Coleman! I had several Intex air mattresses and they all ended up deflating slowly overnight. Got a really nice Coleman one and it's excellent.

I've had good luck with Intex air mattresses over the years, but I wouldn't really consider any air mattress BIFL.

Great video brother! I have had a twin for 7 years and it’s still in 💯% perfect condition and still works no problem! I sometimes sleep on my twin mattress ( at least 2-3 times a week) love it

I had "Bestway" Queen Size abed and I used it as a regular mattress since I just recently moved, it lasted 2 months and air leake started to appear.

I kept my traditional wood bed frame along with regular bottom box frame & put an air mattress on top. Keeps it off the floor & works perfectly!!! ... after several months traditional mattresses lose firmness & time to buy another one, well when air mattresses lose firmness you just add more air!!!

Hi all, I just got a Durabeam Intex air mattress used off someone who has used it 10 times. It’s a queen. It takes like 4 minutes to fill up and maybe longer to deflate? Is that normal or is the air mattress broken?
