  • We've used this frother for over 3 years and overall it works really well...The Zulay Frother has loads of power so it foams up your drinks really quickly. It takes 2 double batteries and we found it will go at least 3 months on a set of batteries with daily use...the only thing we might change is the battery compartment. It is a little bit clunky to get the batteries in and out. But this little foamer is a great value and we really like it.

  • The burnt milk isn't necessarily something you have to live with...after every single use, don't just rinse the unit out, but also wipe the bottom (inside) with a washing-up sponge...if you constantly let the milk burn and then scrape it off, the non-stick coating will start wearing thin and the burning will get worse - leading to more scrubbing, leading to a thinner coating, leading to more severe burning, and so on... and all this will eventually cause the heating element to fail (I know this from experience).

  • Having had my aeroccino 4 for about 5 months now, I thought I'd share some tips. It seems that the timer on it works by the heat of the milk. The colder the milk to start with, the longer the time it runs and thus the more foam you get...If you put some cold water in it and let it stand for a minute before using it cools the machine down and the foam (even with semi skimmed) is amazing!

  • there is no reason to put that in the dishwasher. Take 2 seconds and wash the inside of the carafe. Also, as others have said, more foam is for cappuccino so that's the farthest right icon. I think Nespresso could have made the icons better delineated, I'm always confused with this when I use mine.

  • I have had the Breville for about two years now and I love it! I drink tea (not coffee) and use it all the time to make tea lattes. With the magnetic stirrers it is very easy to clean either by hand in the sink or by just putting in soap and water and run a cycle...It has held up great, makes wonderful milk drinks of all types and is a daily driver in my kitchen.

  • I add unsweetened almond milk, instant coffee, a scoop of cocoa, dash of salt, and sugar free syrup(mint or vanilla, or whatever). I do a low carb diet, it makes the best latte that is only 40 calories, 2.5 grams of fat and 2 carbohydrates. I highly recommend getting one. I don't have to use a regular coffee machine anymore.

  • Backed the Kickstarter, used it couple of times and it stopped working (doesnt even start up)...Got the second one, worked for a couple of weeks and same thing happened...The cleaning is a nightmare. Ive washed it immediately but the burnt milk made it so hard to clean without scrubbing it. For the price i would have expected more...im now back to my aerocinno

  • Been using mine for a week and really didn't have any issue at all with foam and latte art. The taste and texture is incredible. For the price and ease of use, this thing gets high marks from me.   • I've upgraded from Nanofoamer Lithium to the Pro Gen 2 just before I found out about the DREO...I find the DREO suitable for those folks not willing to pay Nanofoamer price but still get the milk heated and textured automatically...200g of milk done in 2 minutes straight from the fridge is perfect. I still find the cleanup not to be the best experience, but I quickly got used to it.
