By far the most watched and most commented budget bench press machine: a plate-loaded lever press that mimics a commercial machine costing many times more, with converging, independent arms so no spotter is needed. Owners call it surprisingly good for the price and easy on the shoulders compared to free weights, one bought it because he never felt safe pushing to failure on a barbell, a 74-year-old lifter uses his alone several times a week, and long-term owners are on their second or third unit.
The bench pad is thin and short, and the seat can wobble once you load more than two plates a side. The advertised shoulder press function is weak, so most owners use it as a flat or incline chest press, and the incline angle is shallow. The price swings wildly between coupon days and full retail.

I just bought one a couple of weeks ago and I do like because each arm has to do it's own work and I don't have to worry about balancing the weight like I would have to do with a barbell or dumbbells I am 74 and still workout 3 to 4 times a week

I just looked last night at it was like $200 on Amazon. I put it on my list and woke up this morning to see it had a $90 off coupon with a 33% off deal too. Couldn’t pass it up at that price, $117 total is crazy.

I got mine from Amazon for just under $200 and it's become a favorite in my home gym. I followed the suggestion to use a pair of cheap yoga blocks balanced under each arm to start the lift at a greater height and avoid straining to start the lift, and it works great. Fantastic piece of equipment at a bargain price.

I bought the Valor version of this well before The Virus, so maybe 2018, used, for $25.00. My hopes weren't high. Turns out to be a great machine. I can load enough weight, the incline is perfect (for me), and the converging handles really help to focus the contraction. And I love the safety factor. At the price it's selling for, it might be one of the best gym pieces you ever buy.

I have the decline version that's 3 in 1 and the seat is wobbly COOP I removed the seat and used my regular bench and its cluch and saved so much room for another machine 😅 thanks COOP
