I never felt safe pushing myself to complete failure on barbell bench presses, so I wanted a safer way to do that, and this solves that issue. I only use it for flat bench pressing because the incline feels awkward because you can't really use your legs to drive power and stability through your body. The bench pad is too short and the other movements they claim you can do are not worth doing. Basically, it's a great flat bench press machine. The pressing angle feels great and I love that it folds up to save space. It does wobble a little when you get more than 2 plates on each side, but it's good enough.”
